Three unique properties, situated in the heart of the West Yorkshire countryside
We have 3 different properties to choose from, all located on our small family farm on Baildon moor. This stunning location is ideal for walking, cycling or just getting away from it all and unwinding. We are lucky enough to have incredible views across the valley, and are surrounded by the beautiful Yorkshire countryside.
We are still an active farm, so don’t be surprised to see horses, sheep and cows in the fields, our two pygmy goats Minni and Mrytle, and our two pet micro pigs, Gavin & Stacey!
Top Row Apartment
A self contained apartment within our newly converted barn, completed in early 2021. The apartment has its own private entrance and a small outdoor seating area.

The modern space is made up of a large open plan living area, kitchen complete with oven, microwave, kettle, toaster and dishwasher, one double bedroom with king size bed and a bathroom with shower. An optional double camp bed is also provided, this can be set up in either the bedroom or living area.
The apartment also has a washing machine, WiFi and TV with access to Netflix, Amazon Prime TV, BBC Catch up etc.
Please Note: Unfortunately we don’t allow pets in Top Row apartment, however the cottage is pet friendly if you’re travelling with a furry companion!
The Cottage
Traditional on the outside and modern on the inside! You’ll have the entire place to yourself.

The Cottage has an open plan living area and kitchen (with oven, kettle, toaster and microwave) downstairs, with large sofa that also doubles as a sofa bed if needed.
Upstairs you’ll find a double bedroom with double bed, bathroom with both bath and shower, and small bedroom with bunk beds, perfect for children.
Outside you’ll find a private yard with seating area, perfect for sitting out on those summer evenings.
The Cottage also has a washing machine/dryer, WiFi and smart TV with access to Netflix, BBC Catch up etc.
The property is also pet friendly.
