Situated on the edge of Baildon Moor, this modern private annex is located on the ground floor of the farmhouse and boasts fantastic views of the surrounding countryside.

The property is a short walk from Baildon village where there are pubs, shops, restaurants & takeaways. Leeds City Centre can also be reached via train (17 minutes from Shipley train station).

We have horses, dogs, cats and a very friendly pig called Daphne at the farm, therefore some farm noises are to be expected!

Please Note: Unfortunately we don’t allow pets in The Annex, however the cottage is pet friendly if you’re travelling with a furry companion!

The annex comprises of 1 double bedroom with en suite shower, 1 private bathroom (toilet & sink), 1 living area with 3/4 sofa bed and a Kitchenette; this includes an Air fryer, single hob, sink, fridge, microwave, kettle, and toaster. Pans, utensils, plates, cups, cutlery etc and all provided.

Both the bedroom and living room have doors which open out onto a patio area with a table and chairs - the perfect spot for an evening drink with a wonderful countryside view!

Guest access

Guests will have the entire annex to themselves. The space is completely separate and locked off from the rest of the house and guests have their own entrance to the property.

Other things to note

Accessibility: there are a few steps to enter/exit the property (shown in photos)

Animals: There are 2 small dogs at the farm that are likely to come and greet you if they see you, please be assured that they are very friendly!
