Top Row Apartment

A self contained apartment within our newly converted barn, completed in early 2021. The apartment has its own private entrance and a small outdoor seating area.

The modern space is made up of a large open plan living area, kitchen complete with oven, microwave, kettle, toaster and dishwasher, one double bedroom with king size bed and a bathroom with shower. An optional double camp bed is also provided, this can be set up in either the bedroom or living area.
The apartment also has a washing machine, WiFi and TV with access to Netflix, Amazon Prime TV, BBC Catch up etc.

Please Note: Unfortunately we don’t allow pets in Top Row apartment, however the cottage is pet friendly if you’re travelling with a fury companion!

We are situated at the edge of Baildon moor, boasting amazing views of the surrounding countryside. Just a short walk from Baildon village, where you’ll find pubs, shops, restaurants and takeaways.

There are animals at the farm, we have horses, dogs, cats and a very friendly pig! So some farm noises are to be expected on a morning.
